Carmen was totally agile.  I contacted her to talk about postgraduate studies at MITT in September 2017. I was studying English at Heartland school that time.  A week later she called offering me a course that would start in January 2018. I moved my English course to Pathway and everything went fine.  I graduated in January 2019 and today I am a Permanent Resident in Canada.  Thanks Carmen.
